Cal. 50-70. NSN. Bbl. 32 5/8". Mfg. 1870-1871. Fixed front & adjustable folding leaf rear sights. Two Bbl. bands; front w/ sling swivel & rear sling swivel in trigger guard. Bayonet lug, USN Anchor marking top breech end Bbl. & inspector marked “P/HBR” left breech side Bbl. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: slotted ramrod. CONDITION: cleaned to bare metal w/ numerous spots of older oxidation staining, discoloration & pinprick pitting. Stock set has a dark oil appearance & looks to have been slightly reshaped along the comb. Bore is fairly bright w/ strong rifling but moderately pitted at the muzzle end.
