Cal. 12 Ga. S# 17434. Bbl. 32" w/ brass front bead. Tubular mag. Walnut forearm panels & rnd. knob pistol grip stock w/ checkered steel buttplate. S# indicates 1888 mfg., total of approx. 64,855 were mfg. 1887-1898. CONDITION: metal finish has faded to mottled gray brown showing handling marks & spots of light corrosion. Wood has dark worn appearance showing numerous scratches, dents & marks. Sound mechanics. Dark lightly pitted bore. (01-20193/DS). ANTIQUE. $600-1,000.
