Cal. 44. S# 9907. Bbl. 6". Round six shot cyl. Blue finish w/ case colored hammer, trigger & loading lever. Major parts have “B” inspection marks. 1 piece walnut grip w/ partially visible cartouches on both sides. Estimated quantity of 23,000 mfg. late 1850s to early 1860s. CONDITION: very fine. Metal retains over 85% original blue & case colored finish showing some light scratches. Refinished grips show wear & handling marks. Bore is bright w/ sharp rifling.
