^Lot 1283 PRE WAR BELGIUM FN BROWING A-5 SHOTGUN - 1938

SERIAL 225041. BARREL 29.5". GAUGE 12. CHAMBER 2 3/4". CHOKE FULL. MADE IN 1938. Features bead on base front sight, blue finish, round knob checkered stock, Browning gutta percha butt plate. CONDITION. Solid 95% blue with most wear on lower tang with some light high edge wear and minor handling. Fore-arm shows the usual stress cracks found on these early guns along with some bruising. Round knob stock is excellent with some impressions. Bore is bright. C&R
