SERIAL NUMBER 2545 BARREL 2 1/2" CALIBER 41 RIM FIRE MANUFACTURED 1865-70. A limited production of 12000 produced before being sold to Colt. Brass frame with 2 piece checkered walnut grips. Modestly factory engraved on frame and barrel with top of barrel marked "NATIONAL ARMS CO. BROOKLYN N.Y." CONDITION, Very good with brass frame having a pleasnt uncleaned patina.
