SERIAL 140746. BARREL 22". CALIBER 45-70. Barrel has Warner Brothers inventory stamp " WB16998 ". Has 1873 Carbine stamped rear sight, single band, walnut stock. Lock is stamped US SPRINGFIELD with eagle. Block is stamped "US MODEL 1873". Barrel has VP proofs and is stamped "Avita". No visible cartouche stamps on stocks. Stock has a WB stamp. Sling swivel removed from butt. Condition: Metal is patina. Stocks have numerous dings. Bore is sharp with some residue. ANTIQUE
