SERIAL NUMBER: 2456. BARREL: 37-1/2". CALIBER: 12.17X44MM. MANUFACTURED: 1874. Made at the Husqvarna factory. No import marks found. Matching serials on the barrel, fore stock, frame and butt stock. Inspector marks around the chamber area. Blade front sight and rear ladder. Military blued finish. Frame is factory case hardened. Oiled wood stock and forearm. Smooth metal butt plate. Cleaning rod is present. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with the barrel forming and even brown patina. Frame has light wear, but case coloring is still strong. Wood has minor scratches and scrapes. Bore is frosted in the grooves. Strong rifling is retained. Hammer is tight. ANTIQUE
