SERIAL NUMBER 491 / 475 BARREL 8" (BOTH) CALIBER 69 RIFLED BLACK POWDER MANUFACTURED 1822. Produced originally as martial flintlock single shot pistols and later converted to percussion. Deeply rifled bores. One piece walnut stocks with brass hardware and iron loading rod. (1) marked St Etienne (2) marked Tulle. Dated 1822 on rear tangs with serial numbers stamped into stocks, left side barrel flats and loading rods. CONDITION, Good as found being uncleaned with strong rifled bores. Actions operate properly. Stocks are good full sized and without distress
