Elegant full stock New England style smoothbore rifle. 58 caliber with full octagon 39 1/2" barrel. Barrel retained with 3 wedges. Gun remains in original flint configuration with fine wire inlays around tang silver plaque on top of wrist. Modestly decorated patch box with concealed release at toe. A classic 1780-1810 New England flint in fine original configuration. The gun remains uncleaned and not tampered with. ANTIQUE
