SERIAL NUMBER 593 BARREL 2 1/2" CALIBER 22 RIM FIRE MANUFACTURED CIRCA 1860'S. Blue finished barrel cluster with mustard toned brass standing breech frame with push button barrel release. Frame marked "C.SHARPS PATENT 1859" on left side. Serial numbered on underside of barrel and butt. 2 piece varnished walnut grips. Cased in purple velvet lined and partitioned walnut case with wiping rod. CONDITION, Very fine with barrel cluster retaining over 95% blue finish with brilliant bright bores. Brass frame is very fine with a pleasant uncleaned mustard patina. The grips are very good with most all varnish remaining. The case is very good with lining and partitions being good. Some very minor scratches and impressions externally with good hinges and slight wear on underside. ANTIQUE
