SERIAL NUMBER N/A BARRE; 1 3/4" CALIBER 41 PERCUSSION MANUFACTURED CIRCA 1855-1865. Produced by Henry Deringer in Philadelphia with 1-3/4" 41 caliber percussion barrel with "P" proof inside of sunburst. Dovetail German silver blade front sight with rounded German silver trigger guard and escutcheons. Lock marked "DERINGER PHILDEL" 2 silver bands at breech , birds head checkered walnut stock. CONDITION: Good with metal having toned to a homogenous brown patina with crisp legends. Lock operates properly. Stock is good with small stress crack on left side. ANTIQUE
