Lot 987 Germanic Military Musket
Circa 1830's-40's converted from flintlock to percussion with brass mounts. Heavily rusted as found, with missing hammer, and forend cap showing weathering, exposure to elements and relic like condition. Saurn Arsenal markings on lock and approx 69 cal plus smooth bore. Many of this type musket traded to Indians in the west. The estate of "Jim" Aplan who loved " Out of the attic or teepee antique arms. Antique Firearm NRA Poor-Fair
