This is a Winchester M1885 Low wall , manufactured 1889, 4th year of production. Lever-action, drop breech. 26" octagonal barrel with front blade, and sporting rear sight. Lower barrel is stamped ".32 Long", Serial number on lower tang. Winchester markings in two lines on flat of barrel. Bore good, with rifling present, needs cleaning, action is smooth/tight. Wood is very good with crescent steel buttplate. Metal finish has turned a brown/gray patina, Some blue on the triggerguard. Markings are crisp/clear NRA Condition-Very Good as Antique. Antique Firearm.
