^Lot 151 Custer Battlefield Single Action Army

From the James Aplan collection tag reads found by "Real Bird" on his land between battlefields. Rusty relic Colt Single Action, with 7.5" barrel. Missing major parts and serial number. Removed from frame long ago with no visible markings. Barrel shows "Boss and Stud" holes indicating cavalry configuration. Heavy pitting and parts missing. Well known artifact from James Aplan Collection, 60 year student of the Custer battle who knew and dealt with descendants of the Battle of Little Big Horn, at his trading post museum in South Dakota.
