1983 introduction with no barrel pin in 1983, as a Lew Horton special. Double/single action revolver features blued finish, contoured wood grips with S&W medallions, 3" barrel, round butt, orange ramp front sight, white outline adjustable rear sight, smooth trigger, checkered spur hammer. Serrated backstrap. Bore is excellent/bright, cylinder charge holes appear smooth. Retains 96% blue with cylinder drag line, minor edge wear. Action is smooth with tight lock-up. Grips are very good with a couple of very minor dents, may be aftermarket, marked inside in pen "N", "BE", "TES", with "F" in circle inked stamp, medallion inlet is not typical of factory grips.
