^Lot 635 Winchester/C.A.I. M1 Carbine .30 Cal

SN: 56600902 US military semiautomatic rifle . Features Parkerized/blued finish, walnut stock & handguard, protected blade front sight, peep rear sight with sliding elevator, 18" barrel, push button manual safety, front sling swivel, wide front band with bayonet lug, sling slot in butt, accepts detachable magazine. Round top bolt, four rivet handguard. "W" marked barrel, no date. "SG" on tang. "P" proof on grip. "RA" on right buttstock, and "200" on right stock above trigger. "5600902" stamped on left buttstock."JLB" marked in sling slot (IBM) Bore is very good condition. Metal has handling wear, friction wear on bolt. Wood is poor with numerous ding/dents/scratches. Also there is a large (4"x2") abrasion to the left buttstock. This carbine has seen very hard use, I believe in South Korea, thus the CAI import marks on the underside of barrel. Could be upgraded with new wood. NRA Condition-Fair to Good. C&R firearm
