Lot 383 Ruger No. 1 .22-250 SN: 132-86757

American made single shot, Falling-Block rifle chambered for .22-250 cartridges circa 1989. Based on John Farquharson's falling-block design that was patented in Scotland in 1872. It features a 24" blued barrel and receiver with no iron sights but is drilled and tapped. It has a serrated trigger, tang safety and smooth operating lever. The two piece walnut stocks, checkered at the wrist and forearm have a black metal Ruger grip cap, sling swivels and a red Ruger butt pad. Comes with a Leupold VX-2, 4-12X40 scope, rings, bases and a Triple K leather sling. Bore looks great, bright. Metal finish looks great. Wood stocks look pretty good with a few scratches and a tiny ding on the left side by the receiver. Overall very few signs of use, wear or handling. Condition is NRA Very Good+ --Modern Firearm**
