Lever action rifle manufactured circa 1892. Features smooth walnut stocks, 24" octagon barrel, full length magazine tube, blade front sight, folding ladder rear sight, semi-crescent buttplate. Small repair to hammer face shows brazing metal. Bore is fair to good condition overall, strong rifling, lightly pitted throughout. Metal surfaces are a dark brown patina color, thinning or showing bare metal on edges & corners, scratches & thicker patina on receiver. Wood is good condition, shows nice figure & feather grain in butt, with many dents & scratches, nice fit to metal. Condition is NRA Good++ (repaired hammer) *** Antique Firearm ***
