Lot 2605 "TIGERS IN THE GORGE" WW2 FRAMED PRINT.
Framed print by John D. Shaw depicting the AVG raid on the Salween river against Japanese ground forces. The print includes an AVG aviator badge. It is signed by several Flying Tiger pilots including Tex Hill, Ed Stilies & Keith Christensen. The frame measures 42 1/2" x 31 1/2". The brown paper backing of the frame shows a few tears.
