Framed print by John D. Shaw & numbered 499 out of 1500. The print shows Lt. Col. James Doolittle conferring w/ Capt. Marc Mitscher on the deck of the USS Hornet on the day of Doolittle's famous raid. Several B25 Mitchell bombers & various personnel are present in the background. The print includes an Army Aviator badge & certificate of authenticity. The print is signed by several Doolittle raiders including Hank Potter, Richard Cole, Clayton Campbell, Robert Hite & Thomas Griffin. The frame measures 37" x 31".
