Rifle. Lever-Action. Manufactured 1902. Saddle ring carbine. 20" round barrel with front blade, and v-notch ladder rear sights. Winchester/patent markings on barrel/tang. "44 W.C.F forward of receiver. Action is crisp/tight. Bore appears excellent/bright. Blued metal finish is about 60%, with handling loss/scratches, mostly to the receiver/lever. Walnut stock/forearm are good with minor scratches/dings. Wood has been varnished. A nice conditioned rifle for its age. NRA Condition-Very Good. Modern Firearm.
