Vintage manually cocking single-shot rimfire rifle chambered for .22 Short, Long or Long Rifle, manufactured in New Haven, CT circa 1936-1941. Features a blued finish, 22" barrel, dovetailed blade front sight with brass bead, elevation adjustable rear sporting sight, smooth nickel plated trigger, stamped steel trigger guard, nickel plated bolt, turned down bolt handle with large knob, serrated cocking piece and smooth walnut semi-pistol grip stock with inlayed bulls eye, factory checkered black synthetic buttplate & 13.25” LOP. The metal surfaces retains approximately 40% of their original blued finish showing thinning and light surface rust with the balance turned to a dark brown patina. Action performs well, the “MICRO-GROOVE” bore is excellent and the wood stock is very good with some discoloration & minor imperfections. Condition is NRA Good. ***C&R Firearm***
