Rifle .Semi-Automatic. Manufactured 1948. Take-down. 23" round barrel, with Low notch rear, and front blade sights. Charge the chamber by pushing rod at the front forearm, and lock the bolt back by turning rod. Integral tube magazine in stock. Cross bolt safety behind trigger. Smooth walnut stock, and forearm are good with minor scratches/dings. There is a 4.5" crack, with a small chip on the left firearm. Blued metal finish is about 75%, with edge wear, scratches, and finish loss, mostly to the underside of the receiver. Bore appears very good/Bright. Action is crisp/tight. Mounted with a vintage Weaver J 2.5 Scope, clear optics. NRA Condition-Very Good. C&R Firearm.
