LIPFIRE POCKET REVOLVER. Cal. 25 Lipfire. S# 51. Bbl. 3" oct. bbl., 7" overall. Solid frame w/ circular brass rnd. side plate on left side. 7 Shot cyl. has distinctive notches cut for cartridge lips at rear. This gun was made 1861-1862 & is a fine survivor w/ less than 200 mfg. CONDITION: good to very good overall; complete & matching, totally unmarked as all production examples are, fine action w/ dirty rifled bore, grips retain most of their original varnish.
