W.W. Greener SxS hammer shotgun, 12 gauge, Serial #1436. The shotgun is in fair to nearly good overall condition with 30” Damascus barrels with a full-length rib marked, “W.W. GREENER St. MARY’S WORKSBIRMINGHAM”. The barrels are a uniform brown with some spotting at the muzzle. The receiver has gone to a dark toned case hardening with 30-40% coverage in fine scroll engraving, engraved hammers and triggerguard. The finely checkered Walnut stock has a round knob pistol grip with a smooth steel butt plate providing a 14 ¼” LOP to the front trigger. Est.: $400-$800. (Antique).
