Pair of cased British large bore traveling type pistols signed "T. Allport" on the locks. Measures 12" overall with a 6 3/8" octagon barrel of approximately .52 caliber smoothbore. Full stocked in nicely grainedwalnut with checkered grips. Fine to excellent original condition with most of their original brown and case hardened finishes. The trigger guards retain 90%-95% bright "Robbin's egg" blue finish. The velvet lined partition case is good but has rips in the lid and some discolorations. The flask, mold and caps are included. No rods. A nice set. (Antique) Est.: $1400-$2800
