Cal. 44 CFW (44-40). S# 1182. Bbl. 5 3/4" w/ brass blade front sight. Ejector housing lacks the web of the Model 1875. 6 Shot fluted cyl. Lanyard ring hole at butt is plugged. 2 Piece ivory grips. Approx. 2,020 mfg. 1891-1896. CONDITION: metal has faded to gray showing scattered pitting. Grips show heavy wear w/ age related cracking & are acquiring yellow coloration. Dark lightly pitted bore w/ worn rifling. (01-17394/DS). ANTIQUE. $2,500-4,000.
