Fine quality Pre-War German Drilling signed “Robert Schuler, Koln A.R.” marked 16GA over 8.7 x 72 with crown N and nitro proofs. Master engraved with game scenes and scroll along with “Liga, DRGM” at the center bottomof the frame. This drilling features cocking indicators, side safety, set trigger and rifle barrel and pop up sight working. The bores are bright and locks up tight. The barrels show old European re-blue of which98%-99% remain. The frame shows most French gray case colors with some light rainbow hues. The stocks are good to very good with select burl grain and minor wear along with smoothing to checkering on fore end. Measures 43” overall with 27” barrels. (C&R) Est.: $800-$1600
