Early Smith & Wesson Model K38 double action revolver, .38 Special caliber, Serial #K167196. The pistol is in fine overall condition with a 6” pinned barrel with a ramped blade front and adjustable rearsights. The pistol retains approximately 90%-95% of the original blue finish with wear at the muzzle and an index line on the cylinder. The hammer and trigger show vivid case hardening. The checkered wood medallion grips are in very good condition with small mars and sharp checkering. The bore is good, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp on this desirable K38.
