Early to Mid-18th century small sword with pierced iron decorated hilt and guard with copper wire wrapped grips. The guard shows a bend and small loss. Chemically cleaned metal. Measures 39" overall with a 31" blade. This was an expensive and high grade sword when made. Probably French or western germania. Est.: $300-$600
