Foreign licensed Merwin & Hulbert patent revolver in .44 caliber and barrel marked "Revovler Systema Merwin & Hulbert PAT 11 Nov 81, Sept 19, 83". 40%-60% original nickel with some erosion and pitting where thenickel has lifted. The barrel latch is a replacement. The markings and grips are good. The action is slightly out of time with good bore. Well-made possibly Orbea of Spain or Belgium but no visible proof.
