Winchester Model 37 ''Red Letter'' Single Shot Shotgun, NVSN, 16 ga., 30'' barrel with silver bead front sight, 2-3/4'' chamber, Full choke, blue finish; pistol-grip walnut stock and forend, with semi-gloss finish, and black composition Winchester buttplate. Marked ''Winchester'' on bottom of frame in red lettering. Metal is good with a mostly brown patina with highlights of toning blue finish, and some very fine pitting on parts of the barrel and frame; factory lettering is visible. Wood is fair with crazing to the added varnish, most of the added finish remains; wrist with several hairline cracks and a considerable chip to bottom at lower tang but remains solid. Very good action, bore is bright and clean with a few very small eroded spots near the chamber. Est.: $80-$160. (C&R)
