Sig Arms SHR 970 Synthetic Bolt Action Rifle, #R05255, .270 cal., 22'' barrel, dark blue/black finish; one-piece black synthetic stock is checkered at the pistol-grip and forend, with black rubber Sig Arms recoil pad and sling swivel studs. From the factory without sights, top of receiver is factory drilled and tapped for a scope base, with cocking indicator, 3-position safety, detachable magazine. Triggerguard with the original hang tag still attached. Made in Switzerland. Metal surfaces are in fine overall condition with approx. 97% remaining original finish; barrel and receiver with scattered moderate scratches and handling marks. Stock is very good with light scuffs and scratches; checkering is mostly sharp, right side grip with a scratch that extends halfway across the checks. Really nice smooth action, mirror bright bore with excellent rifling; internally very clean, appearing to have been fired very little; external wear is from handling and storage. Est.: $300-$400.
