Composite Colt Model 1860 Army Percussion Revolver, perhaps partly a 2nd Generation Colt, #85154, with reproduction black leather holster, .44 cal., 8'' ''streamlined'' barrel with a small German-silver blade front sight marked with the one-line Colt address; patent ''creeping'' loading lever; rebated round 6-shot cylinder with the rolled naval battle scene; frame marked ''Colts/Patent'' on left side; Navy-size brass gripstraps; oil-finished two-piece hardwood grips. Condition is good as completely refinished in a heavy blue-black, cylinder scene and other markings are weak or obliterated, brass with a light patina. Gripstraps and grips are incorrect replacements, visible serial numbers match (but for cylinder and wedge) including cylinder arbor. Action functions but does not hold full-cock; bore is dirty but shows good rifling. Holster is very good showing virtually no use. Est.: $200-$400. (No FFL Required)
