^Lot 864 Inland M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine

Inland M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine, #415308, .30 Carbine cal., 18'' barrel, parkerized finish, walnut stock, blade front sight with early two-position flip rear sight. Marked on chamber ''U.S.CARBINE CAL. 30 M1'' and on rear of receiver ''INLAND DIV.'' Barrel behind front sight is marked ''INLAND MFG DIV. GENERAL MOTORS 4-43''. No markings on stock. Round bolt. No magazine is included. Condition overall is very good with approx. 85% finish remaining on the metal with thinning on the bolt and receiver area. Stock has a wood putty repaired crack on the left side of the magazine well and has been sanded and refinished with a semi-gloss stain. Action is smooth, bore has darkening in the grooves, otherwise very good. Includes a U.S.G.I. sling marked ''MRT'' and an oiler marked ''IS''. Est.: $750-$950. (C&R)
