Remington Model 14 Pump Action Rifle, #101362, .35 Rem. cal., 22'' barrel, blue finish, oil-finished pistol-grip walnut stock and grooved forend, crescent steel buttplate, dovetailed front sight with silver bead, rear sight has been removed and was replaced with a folding rear sight, with Marble's R8 tang sight. Rifle with standard markings which include ''Remington UMC'' trading mark on the lower tang. Approx. 70%-75% thinning and toning blue remains, and rifle rates as very good overall. Front 1/3rd of the receiver is a little brighter blue showing less age and wear. Factory lettering is clear. Wood shows age and wear consistent with the rest of the rifle, most noticeably a moderate dent to the bottom edge of buttstock; finish on the buttstock with some fine cracking towards the bottom half; solid fit at the upper and lower tang, etc. Crisp action; bright, clean bore with excellent rifling.
