Customized Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk Single Action Revolver, #85-98713, .44 mag. cal., 5-1/2'' barrel, blue finish, rosewood grips, with adjustable ''V'' rear sight and gold bead front sight. As customized by local gunsmith George DiLeo, owner of The Gun Sight, Placentia, CA. George died in 2006 whose passing marked the end of a gunsmithing legend. A true craftsman and beloved member of the shooting community in So. Calif. Converted by George into Bisley configuration before Ruger produced their Blackhawk Bisleys. Condition is excellent as modified with crisp tuned action, re-contoured forcing cone, and very desirable sight configuration.
