^Lot 456 SW Model 57 Double Action Revolver

Smith & Wesson Model 57 Double Action Revolver, #N145468, .41 mag. cal., 8-3/8'' pinned barrel, blue finish, hammer and trigger have been polished bright, smooth square butt wood target grips with S&W medallions, red ramp front sight and micrometer click adjustable rear sight. All of the factory lettering has been highlighted in gold. Mfg'd 1973. Approx. 99% original blue finish remains and metal rates as excellent overall, with some scattered micro-scratching and a light index line to the cylinder. Factory lettering is clear; gold infill on the left side of the barrel is a little faded. Grips with an added coat of varnish; back edges and right grip itself are a little lighter in color from being on display in the casino, otherwise both show only normal small handling marks.
