Dark stained oak wood case with large 11" clock face with wood and metal pendulum. Metal pocket holds key along with a plate with instructions for cleaning and ink ribbon information. Glass door of cabinet reads 'Manufactured by International Time Recording Co., of New York Endicott, N.Y. U.S.A.' Measures 17"l x 37"h x 10 1/2"w. Bottom shelf has crack with small dings and scratches throughout from age and use.
