Remington Rolling Block single shot rifle, approximately .50 caliber, Serial #50901. The rifle is in good overall condition with a 37” barrel with a ramped front and military tangent style rear sights. The barrel and receiver have gone to a uniform grey patina with Danish proofs, all matching visible serial numbers and is dated 1882. The smooth wood stock is in good condition with mars and compressions consistent with service use. The butt stock ends with a smooth brass butt plate that is also serialized to the rifle. The bore is fair, the action functions and the markings are sharp. Est.: $250-$500. (Antique).
