H & R Model 165 Leatherneck semi-automatic rifle, .22 Long Rifle caliber, Serial #7708. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 23” barrel with a ramped blade front and Redfield aperture sight added at the rear of the action. The metal surfaces retain the majority of their blue finish with handling marks. The smooth wood stock is in good condition with small mars, storage marks and the sling swivels retained. The butt ends with a checkered plastic; H&R marked butt plate. The lot includes one correct, H&R Reising marked magazine. The bore is good, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp on this desirable, scarce commercial version of the Reising by H&R. Est.: $300-$600. (C+R).
