^Lot 423 19BZ-65 FLINTLOCK PISTOL

Unusual late 18th to early 19th century continental flintlock pistol with lock signed “L Lvis, EOP”. The styling shows Spanish and Italian influences but country of origin not certain. The barrel is signed in Mid-Eastern letter characters. Measures 15” overall with a 9 ¼” barrel of .60 caliber smoothbore. Silver oversize plaque in wrist. Has had crest or letters polished out long ago. The condition is very good overall. Possibly unique. (Antique) Est.: $600-$1200
