U.S. flintlock musket by D. Nippes dated 1844, .69 caliber, 42” barrel, grey patina, three barrel bands, full wood stock, buff leather sling; overall good to very good condition with pleasing patina to metal surfaces, crisp action, strong markings and very good wood stock displaying “W.A. T.” and “S.W.P.” inspector cartouches on left side of stock above the trigger. (Antique). Est.: $1,500-$3,000.
