Navy Arms Reproduction Model 1875 Schofield Single Action Revolver, #1770, .45 Colt cal., 7'' barrel, blue finish, smooth walnut grips; left grip with cartouche. Triggerguard, hammer, latch, and some other small parts are case hardened. This revolver also features a half-round blade front sight, and ''V''-notched rear sight. In the correct type box numbered to another gun. Bottom of grip strap is stamped ''U.S.'' Condition is near fine with approx. 98% high polish blue and 95% case colors. Cylinder is plum in color. Grips show a few normal light handling marks. Excellent action; very good bore that shows moderate wear. Box lid is split at two of the corners, otherwise in very good condition. Est.: $600-$800.
