Model 1896 Swedish Mauser bolt action rifle, 6.5 x 55mm caliber, 29” barrel, blued finish, not import marked, wood stock, S/N L 160, top of receiver dated 1900 (note from consignor that this is a real M1900 receiverfitted into a replacement stock that is not from a Luxembourg Mauser; was originally purchased as a barreled receiver; 1944 Luxembourg liberation medal installed in the stock recess (right side) where Swedishcondition disk normally would go.
