Modified Indian military bolt action service rifle make to resemble a 'Jungle Carbine', chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO and manufactured circa 1965. Imported by Navy Arms of Ridgefield, N.J. with import stamp on the barrel. Features a matte black finish, 19" barrel, flash suppressor with bayonet lug & shrouded blade front sight, tangent rear sight graduated to 800 meters, serrated trigger, manual safety, stripper clip guide, detachable 10 round magazine, metal trapdoor buttplate and four-piece smooth wood stocks. Rifle exhibits approximately 85% of it's black finish scattered wear/losses. Action is smooth, bore is excellent and the wood stocks are good+ with a few repairs & a crack in the handguard behind the rear sight. Condition is NRA Good to Very Good as modified. ***C&R Firearm***
