'Jungle Carbine' British military bolt action service rifle chambered in .303 British, manufactured circa 1945. Features a 20.5" barrel with attached flash suppressor. shrouded blade front sight, flip-up ladder rear sight graduated to 800 meters, bayonet lug, serrated trigger, manual safety, 10 round detachable magazine, 'lightning cuts' on the receiver & barrel, rubber recoil pad, and three-piece smooth wood stocks with glossy finish. No import marks observed. The rifle displays an even dark grey patina a small amount of black phosphate finish retained in the protected areas. Action is smooth, bore is excellent and the wood sticks are fine. Condition is NRA Very Good+++. ***C&R Firearm***
