Remington Double Derringer with rare side address and extractor in .41 rim fire, S/N 2029. The left rib reads “Remington’s Ilion N.” and the right reads “Elliot Patent Dec 12, 1865” upside down. Drummond estimates Lot Title about 20 produced factory style open scroll engraved with rosewood grips. Lightly cleaned to gray with good markings and fairly sharp surfaces showing traces of nickel or silver. The grips are good with dark staining. Hinge, Lot Title action and bores are also good.
