One of the premier elk permits in North America. Utah continues to produce giant bulls. In 2014 Utah produce the new World Record Muzzleloader Bull along with several other bulls that exceed 400 inches B&C. Hunter is responsible for the cost of the State License Fee. Offered by Sportsmen for Fish & Wildlife. SFW is a 501(c)3 tax exempt charitable organization.
