'Chiefs Special' Small frame snub-nosed double action revolver chambered in .38 Special, circa 1957-1967. Features a blued finish, 2" barrel with narrow rib, non-shrouded ejector rod, ramp front sight, square notched rear sight, fluted five-shot cylinder, .240" serrated trigger, .240" service hammer, round-butt J frame and two-piece Pachmayr Presentation checkered black rubber grips. Revolver exhibits approximately 99% of it's original blued finish with only a faint drag line observed. Action is smooth with solid lock-up, bore is excellent and rubber grips are fine. Condition is near new. ***Modern Firearm***
